If there is one passion that I’d like to share with my students from my PE class, it would be to continue to learn and get better each and every day.  We can accomplish these goals of getting better by loving to grow through learning and to develop the ability to challenge yourself.  I love that I teach PE for introducing a variety of skills, learning to work with others in an encouraging environment, and to find ways to take care of our body to be the best you at all times!

My name is Coach Kruppa and I am proud to be entering my fourth year of teaching, second year teaching PE/Health at Timber Creek and am looking forward to a memorable year.  I am a graduate of Texas State University with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in History.

We will be introducing our school’s Wellness Club featuring the Timber Creek Road Runners for this upcoming school year.  Within the club, students will be able to answer why we need to continue to take care of our body at all times, develop a passion to maintain lifelong healthy habits and most importantly ENJOY the process!  We will combine fitness/health activities with training and participating in scheduled running events planned throughout the year.

If at any time you have any questions for me throughout the year, feel free to contact me at samuelkruppa@tomballisd.net and I will be happy to answer anything that you’d like to discuss.
